| 摘 要： | 目的:了解职业学校2004级学生入学与毕业时的体质健康测试成绩的变化情况,探讨体育教学的重要性。方法:对广西交通运输学校2004级新生入学时进行体质健康测量,经过三年的体育教学,毕业时再次进行测试,对入学时与毕业时两者成绩进行比较研究。结果:职业学校2004级学生毕业时总体成绩明显高于入学时成绩,两者比较有显著性差异。结论:体育教学能改善学生的身体素质。职业学校需合理安排体育课程,全面提高学生的综合身体素质。
