| 摘 要： | 通过现场观看比赛和录像观察,对第九届世界健美操锦标赛的男单项目的前8名的成套动作中的难度动作的编排、完成等情况进行分析,试图找到竞技健美操男单项目难度动作的发展趋势并提出相应对策,旨在对我国竞技健美操发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | Through the methods of sports observation and video watching,a statistic analysis of the difficulty of the completion and the maneuvers of the top 8 of difficulties of the Man＇s single item in the 9th world aerobics championships is made.It tries to find the development tendency of Man＇ single item and propose corresponding countermeasure,the purpose of which is to provide some reference for teaching and training of aerobics in China. |
