| 摘 要： | 现代大课程观认为，体育课程不能仅仅指体育课课堂教学，它已经拓展到体育训练、运动竞赛、群众体育、终身体育、全民健身等方方面面，涉及范围已经由课内扩大到了课外，由校内扩大到了校外。传统的体育教学是以传授运动技术为中心的教学体系，现代大课程视野下，对人才的要求越来越高，旧的教学体系已经不能适应社会的发展和需要。从现代大课程视野下的角度对我国普通高校公共体育田径教学现状进行分析，探讨田径教学改革的发展，使这项运动成为大学生乐意接受的健身手段和方法。
