| 摘 要： | 运用实地考察、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等方法，对2009赛季我国中超职业足球俱乐部梯队运动员状况进行研究。结果显示，中超俱乐部现有梯队50支，运动员1222名，后备人才总量的锐减已严重影响到我国各级青少年国家队的组建和发展。同时梯队还存在年龄断层明显，单支梯队运动员数量偏多，选拔机制不严格，运动员整体水平不高等问题。建议应大力发展学校足球，丰富生源渠道；建立严格的运动员选拔机制，提高生源质量；科学设置梯队编制，提高梯队管理水平；强化俱乐部的辐射功能，提高自身造血功能。

| Abstract: | Using methods and so in-the-spot investigation,interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistic,conducts the research to athlete' echelon condition of the 2009 season x superior professional Football club in our country.The result showed that superior club existing echelon 50,athlete 1222,the reserve talented person total quantity's and develops sharp decline already serious influence to our country all levels of young people national sports team's creation.Simultaneously the echelon also has questions... |
