| 摘 要： | 受金融危机影响,毕业生就业形势显得更加严峻,由于劳动力需求不足与新增劳动力需求萎缩,"僧多粥少"的情况是造成大学毕业生就业难的客观原因。还有就是大学毕业生自身的原因,高不成低不就的就业态度造成工作机会流失。本文对广西部分高校2009届毕业生求职心理状况进行了调查分析,总结出毕业生求职心理的规律,为在金融危机时期对学生进行求职就业指导提供理论依据。
