| 摘 要： | 见仁见智的休闲体育内涵阐述,意在挖掘其对社会、对人自身的价值和意义.而从精神视域解读休闲体育,则应该把它理解为人类对自由的向往,进而对生命意义的探寻.因为休闲体育是人们物质需求满足后的精神自觉,它不仅是身体真我的回归,也是对内心本真和自由的期冀,是对"天地合一"的自由境界的向往.因而休闲体育不在于外在形式的多少,而在于参与者境界的高低,也就是它所追寻的意义. |

| Abstract: | Various kinds of explanation on leisure sportps connotation are aiming at scooping it s value and significance to our society and we human being. Meanwhile ,if leisure sport is studied in the sight of spirit , it s significance is supposed to be the peopleps desire for f reedom and exploration on lifeps meaning. Because leisure sport is peopleps spirit awareness after their material satisfaction ,leisure sport is not only the physical regression but also the expectation on inner t ruthfulness and f reedom. Therefore ,leisure sport matters not how many forms it has ,but the participant sp spiritual state. |
