| 摘 要： | 对北美休闲研究组织、休闲服务机构和开设健康、体育与休闲服务专业的高等院校,以及部分休闲学术期刊的特点进行综合分析,解读这些机构的功能、经营理念和发展目标,有针对性地比较和分析我国当前休闲研究发展的情况.研究结果发现:(1)北美休闲发展成功经验和理念值得借鉴,但走中国特色的休闲之路将有助于中国社会的和谐发展和人们生活质量的改善与提高.(2)我们应建立多层次专业化休闲研究机构,细化休闲研究的内容,多角度地挖掘对人类有价值的休闲资源.(3)建立不同层次休闲服务专业化站点,营造舒适安全的休闲娱乐环境,为更多民众提供优质的休闲服务.(4)加大休闲专业人才的培养力度,高等院校应扮演重要的角色,如休闲教育的普及与推广,休闲服务管理人才的培养等.
