| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,从北京市四城区职业女性不同职业、年龄段、学历水平和收入水平等角度,对其休闲体育态度和行为特征进行了调查研究。调查发现职业女性在休闲体育兴趣、参与目的上存在差异,在参加休闲体育活动的时间、空间、项目和组织形式的选择上存在差异,学校体育教育等五大因素不同程度地影响其积极休闲体育态度的形成。制约北京市职业女性参加休闲体育活动的因素比较多元,主要是女性自身缺乏兴趣、爱好,传统性别角色障碍和缺乏休闲体育和健身知识和技能等主观因素。
