| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨影响体育赛场群体性挤踏事故的主要因素,构建体育赛场群体性挤踏事故风险评估体系.方法:运用逻辑推理法、特尔菲法、层次分析法、模糊综合评价法对体育赛场群体性挤踏事故风险进行分析.结论:构建出的4个一级指标和29个二级指标的体育赛场群体性挤踏事故风险评估指标体系具有较高的科学性与有效性.通过对2009年CBA全明星赛开幕式的评估实例发现:2009年CBA全明星赛开幕式群体性挤踏事故的风险评估为较好(较安全),评估的结果与实际安全状况基本一致.因此,该风险评估评价体系具有较强的操作性,可以运用于体育赛场群体性挤踏事故的评估实践.

| Abstract: | The object of this paper is to investigate the main factors leading to stampedes in sports stadiums so as to set up a risk assessment system.The methods applied are logical reasoning method,Delphi method,AHP,comprehensive and empirical analysis.The conclusion reached are: to build a scientific and effective risk assessment system of 4 first-level and 29 second-level indexes to evaluate stampedes in sports stadiums.It is found that the result of analysing the example of CBA all-star opening ceremony in 2009 ... |
