| 摘 要： | 原发性高血压又称高血压病,以动脉血压升高为特征,伴有心、脑、肾、血管等器官功能或器质性改变,其高发病率和死亡率严重威胁了人们的健康。随着医学模式的转变,运动疗法作为一种防治疾病的非药物、无创伤性自主疗法已日益受到关注,并且其降压效果已经得到广泛的肯定。目前高血压治疗的新方向是改善血管、心脏以及肾脏等靶器官的重塑,运动疗法能否对高血压靶器官损伤有干预作用,甚至对其重塑有逆转作用,以改善高血压患者的远期预后,有待深入探讨。

| Abstract: | Main characteristics of essential hypertension are high arterial blood pressure with functional and organic injury of heart,brain,kidney,blood vessel and so on. Human health is threatened by hypertension. Exercise therapy is an important hypertension therapy and its effects have been confirmed. Recently,(improved) remodeling of target organ plays an important role in hypertension therapy. Whether injury of target organ can be improved and even reversed by exercise therapy need to be discussed on a thorough and profound level. |
