| 摘 要： | 我国优秀运动员培养社会化是市场经济体制改革的必然要求,是体育管理体制改革的必然趋势,也是经济全球化给中国体育事业发展带来的必然选择。但优秀运动员社会化存在政策性、条件性、观念性和体制性障碍。为此,应当从我国竞技体育体制改革与竞技体育可持续发展的实际需要出发,正确认识并恰如其分地发挥社会与市场在培养优秀运动员中的作用。按照市场经济的要求,调整政府体育部门在培养优秀运动员过程中的作用点和着力点;在竞技体育体制改革中,加快推进制度创新,寻求我国优秀运动员培养的新途径。

| Abstract: | The socializaiton of cultivating elite athletes in China is the prerequisite of the reform of the market economic system,the tendency of the sports management system reform and the choice of the Chinese sports brought by the economic globalization.Problems come from the relative policies,conditions,ideas and systems.Therefore,functions of the society and the market in the cultivation of the elite athletes should be yeilded on the basis of the actual needs of the sustainable development and the system reform of the competitive sports.Functions of the government should be readjusted according to the requirements of the market economy.System innovation should be pushed forward to find new ways of cultivating elite athletes. |
