| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年来中国竞技体育取得巨大成绩,这要归功于坚持和完善举国体制,坚定不移地实施奥运战略;坚持以改革促发展,不断完善竞技体育管理体制和运行机制;以全运会为龙头,全面推进竞赛体制改革;不断探索竞技体育制胜规律,改革完善训练体制;充分发挥社会主义优越性,建设具有中国特色的运动员社会保障体系;以爱国主义为核心,充分发挥思想政治工作的基础保障作用. |

| Abstract: | The Chinese competitive sport s have made great achievement s since Chinaπ s reform and open2up , which comes f rom the system of using the national st rength to develop competitive sport s ,executing the Olympic st rategy ,insisting on development through reform and maintaining perfection of competitive sport s management system and operation system. Moreover ,an overall competition system reform has been execut ed through National Games. Endeavors have made to seek the laws of winning and the reform of t raining system. Superiority of a socialist count ry has been yielded. Athlete social security system with the Chinese characteristics has been const ructed. Ideological and political education with pat riotism as the core has been emphasized. |
