| 摘 要： | 体育产业资本运营,就是将单位所拥有的可经营资本通过兼并、重组、转让、租贷等方式进行运作,在更大范围内和更高层次上实现体育产业资源的优化配置。国外发达国家体育产业发展的实践已充分证明,体育产业资本运营是实现体育产业发展的有效途径。加入WTO和北京申办2008年奥运会成功后,为了应对国际体育产业市场的激烈竞争,我国体育产业资本运营已经成为一种必然趋势。体育产业资本运营在政策、法律、环境、资本构成以及自身整合方面还会有大的发展。

| Abstract: | Sports industry's capital operation is to operate the capital by methods of takeover,reconstruction,transfer and rent,which is helpful to realize the rational distribution of resources. All of these have been proved by the experiences from developed countries. After China's entry to WTO and successful bidding of the Olympic Games,capital operation of the sports industry still can be further developed in policy,law,environment and capital constitute. |
