| 摘 要： | 首先分析了我国竞技体育高水平运动员人力资本市场化状况。依据要素市场与商品市场协调发展对完善市场体系的重要作用,比较了我国与成熟市场经济体制国家在竞技体育运动员人力资本市场化方面的差异,从制度经济学角度进一步分析了我国竞技体育运动员人力资本市场化的阻力;最后从强制性制度变迁和诱致性制度变迁两个方面提出了深化我国竞技体育运动员人力资本市场化的建议。

| Abstract: | A perfect market system must be based on the harmonious development of factor market and commodity market.The current situation of high-level athlete human capital factor' marketilization of the Chinese athletic sports was analyzed.The marketization of the Chinese athletic sports was compared with that of the other countries with full-fledged economic systems.The factors limiting the human capital factors' marketilization of the Chinese athletic sports was studied from the perspective of institutional economics. Suggestions as to deepen the human capital factors' marketilization were proposed with respect to compulsive institutional change and inducing institutional change. |
