| 摘 要： | 30年来的改革开放,中国所取得的巨大成就举世瞩目,但也面临着严峻的经济和社会形势.国人期待着改革的进一步深化,更期待着政府在改革中的作为.以文献研究为主要方法,概括地描述了中国体育管理体制形成的历史背景、发展过程中的主要成就和当前存在的主要问题,重点揭示出体育事业内部结构存在的四个主要矛盾,剖析了五大制约因素,并在此基础上提出了中国体育管理体制改革的五个方向和两大主要路径.
