| 摘 要： | 《新加坡公约》的生效对于体育调解制度的理论分析和制度完善具有十分重要的意义。运用文献资料法和比较分析法，梳理国内外体育调解制度的发展现状，厘清《新加坡公约》的基本概况与关键要点，探析体育调解制度的优势和不足。《新加坡公约》下我国体育调解制度的完善对策：以《体育法》修改为契机，增设体育调解条款；规范体育调解过程参与人员行为准则，明确权利和职责所属；未雨绸缪，细化达成的体育调解协议的认定规则与执行程序；严格限定体育调解的时效性，促进体育调解与体育仲裁的有效衔接，完善多元化体育纠纷解决体系。

| Abstract: | The enforcement of Singapore Convention is significant for the theoretical analysis and system improvement of international mediation. Through literature study and comparative analysis, this paper reviewed the development of sports mediation system at home and abroad, clarified the basic situation and key points of Singapore Convention, and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of sports mediation. The countermeasures to improve China's sports mediation system under the Singapore Convention were as follows:taking the opportunity of amending the Sports Law, to add sports mediation clauses, standardize the norms of behavior of participants in sports mediation process, and to define the rights and responsibilities, to prepare for the worst and to refine the identification rules and implementation procedures of the sports mediation agreement, to limit the timeliness of sports mediation, to promote the effective connection between sports mediation and sports arbitration, and to improve the diversified sports dispute resolution system. |
