| 摘 要： | 以国家深化各领域改革为研究背景，以全国性单项体育协会实体化推进的社会生态环境为研究对象，探究现阶段全国性单项体育协会实体化所处的社会生态系统，确立协会所处的社会生态系统位。采用文献资料、德尔菲法、因子分析等方法，以社会生态学理论为研究视角，基于协会实体化问题导向，构建现阶段单项体育协会实体化运行的社会生态系统，深入分析协会实体化的社会生态环境因素。经实证分析，目前全国性单项体育协会的实体化包括4个子系统和子系统中的30个社会生态学因素。研究结果表明：单项体育协会实体化的社会生态系统主要由以内部治理为主的微观系统，项目市场供给环境为主的中观系统，国内政治经济文化环境为主的外观系统，国际环境为主的宏观系统构成，系统内部具有系统性、层次性、动态性、相互性等特征。结合目前单项体育协会实体化发展现状和社会生态环境的变化，从微观系统的自身运营模式和管理机制完善，中观系统的市场环境因素供给，外观系统的国家制度环境因素优化，宏观系统的国际环境因素适应等维度，从党政领导、协会能力建设、公共体育服务供需体系、政策法规环境优化以及国际环境适应等方面提出具体策略。

| Abstract: | This paper took the deepening of the reform in various fields as the research background to explore the social ecological system promoting the materialization of national individual sports associations at the present stage and establish the social ecological system of the association. Literature study, Delphi method, factor analysis, social ecology theory were adopted to construct the social ecosystem promoting the materialized operation of individual sports association and analyze its materialized social ecological environment. It was shown that the materialization of national individual sports associations included 4 subsystems and 30 social ecological factors. The materialization of social ecosystem mainly included the microscopic system of internal governance mode,the medium system centered around project market supply environment, the external system focusing on domestic political economic and cultural environment,the micro system of the international environment. These systems were hierarchical, dynamic and interactive. In this paper,countermeasures were proposed with regard to operation mode and management mechanism, market, national system, international environment to strengthen to leadership of the CPC, to promote the capability of the associations, to perfect the public sports service supply, to provide better policies and to adapt to the international environment. |
