| 摘 要： | 体育正义是一种维持体育社会良序发展的理念,是内在伦理价值和外在规则制度相结合的统一体。对主体而言,体育正义是个体从事体育行业所必须具备的伦理德性;对客体而言,体育正义是建构合理的体育秩序所遵循的规则制度。当前在体育道德、体育平等、体育契约以及体育权利等层面出现的非正义现象已使得体育正义逐渐走向迷失。而通过加强体育艺术教育、深化契约精神培养,培育公平公正理念、促进体育平等参与,深化体育体制改革、优化体育发展政策,完善体育法规体系、加强体育市场监管,体育正义的超越与救赎将成为可能。

| Abstract: | Sports justice is a concept of maintaining the well-ordered development of sports society, and it is a unity of internal ethical values, external rules and systems. As far as the subject is concerned, sports justice is an ethical virtue that individuals must possess when engaging in the sports industry. As far as the object is concerned, sports justice is a rule system followed to construct a reasonable sports order. Injustice related to sports morality, sports equality, sports contract and sports right are emerging. Only by strengthening sports art education, deepening the cultivation of contract spirit, cultivating the concept of fairness and impartiality, promoting equal participation in sports, deepening the reform of the sports system, optimizing sports development policies, improving the sports legal system, and strengthening the supervision of the sports market can sports justice be realized. |
