| 摘 要： | 民族传统体育的发展既受社会发展的制约，又要为社会服务。在高等体育教育改革中，依据社会需要、体育运动原理和教育发展规律，设置民族传统体育专业，发掘民族传统体育的生命力，促进民族传统体育的现代化转型，使民族传统体育在全民健身运动中发挥更大的作用。
