| 摘 要： | 采用社会调查、历史研究、比较分析相结合的研究方法,对我国CBA联赛的发展状况进行了系统研究,探讨了我国CBA联赛发展的路径选择与战略取向。我国CBA联赛的发展路径包括:"渐进式"改革CBA联赛的组织管理体制;发挥后发优势,借鉴NBA成功运营模式;完善相关制度,突出中国篮球文化特色;拓宽职业篮球高水平后备人才培养渠道,提升CBA联赛人力资源的素质。CBA联赛发展的战略取向主要包括:创造良好政策环境,进一步扩大市场规模;加强CBA联赛的管理与服务意识,树立良好的CBA联赛品牌;加快CBA联赛组织的实体化进程,不断创新管理模式;加强俱乐部制度建设,做大做强职业篮球产业;扩展CBA联赛劳务要素市场,完善职业篮球人才链。
