摘    要:事物发展过程的每一种矛盾,都具有同一性和斗争性两个方面,但人们对学校体育课程改革往往只是片面地追求课的兴趣性,却严重忽视快乐与勤劳寓于同一过程中。为此,要提高体育课程教学质量,必须以健康第一为指导思想,按照课程标准,重视快乐和勤劳的体验,深化体育课程改革。

Abstract:The contradictions of anything in its developing process are both identical and contradictory. However,people often chase the interest of P.E. classes while ignore the identity of (happy) and hard-working experience. Therefore,in order to improve the quality of P.E. classes,P.E. teachers must hold the idea of health first,pay attention to happy and hard-working experience and deepen the reform of P.E. courses according to the course standards.
