| 摘 要： | 研究认为，共建共享聚焦于参与主体的"全民性"、过程涵盖的"共建性"和目标锁定的"共享性"。以共建共享为行动标杆，我国农村公共体育服务发展取得成绩的同时，也还存在着影响实现共建共享发展的一些困境：发展缺乏动力源、发展不均衡、发展不匹配、参与度低、共享水平不高以及供给不规范等。应采取合理化的发展定位、差异化的发展战略、精细化的发展策略、以内生秩序转型推动村民的诉求表达、加强区域资源的科学调配、完善多元共建规制和协商对话机制等突破困境，从而真正实现农村公共体育服务共建共享发展。

| Abstract: | The mutual construction and sharing focuses on the involvement of all the main bodies, which has achieved great success and manifested problems such as lack of incentives, imbalanced development, low participation rate, insufficient sharing and supply etc. To fully realize the mutual construction and sharing of rural public sports service, more reasonable development plans should be made. Strategies should be made with regard to different regions. More detailed development plans should be made. The villagers' needs should be fully met. More scientific allocation of regional resources should be strengthened. Multi-dimensional construction mechanism and negotiation mechanism should be made. |
