| 摘 要： | 体育特色小镇作为体育产业供给侧改革的创新实践，是体育产业跨界融合的新模式，对于新型城镇化和健康中国建设具有重要意义。运用文献资料、实地调查、专家访谈等研究方法，探讨体育特色小镇的本质内涵、价值作用及产业融合要素并提出一些方略举措。从社会治理、产业融合、新型城镇化、全民健身等视角对体育特色小镇进行多维度解读，认为体育特色小镇有利于加快体育产业的转型升级、扩大有效供给和促进产业跨界融合。产业关联、制度供给、消费需求和科技发展是体育产业跨界融合的基本要素。提出做好科学规划、明确体育产业定位、优化资源配置、加强跨界融合、完善运营管理和重视动态评估等策略来建设体育特色小镇。 |

| Abstract: | The construction of sports towns, as an innovative practice of sports industry's supply-side reform, is a new mode of sports industry cross-border integration, and is significant in the urbanization and construction of Healthy China. By means of literature study, field survey, expert interviews and other research methods, the elements, connotation and value of industrial convergence in the construction of sports town were discussed. Strategies were proposed in terms of social governance, industrial convergence, new-type urbanization and national fitness. Sports towns were conducive to speeding up the transformation, helpful to upgrade of the sports industry, expansion of the effective supply and promotion of industrial cross-border integration. Industry associations, institutional supply, consumer demand and scientific development were the basic elements of sports industry cross-border integration. Scientific planning, clear purpose, reasonable allocation of resources, strengthening of sports industry cross-border integration, improvement of operation management and dynamic evaluation was needed. |
