| 摘 要： | 行业的发达对传统的法律划分方式提出了新的挑战。行业法是以行业为区分标准的新的法律划分方式。传统的对体育法性质的认知存在误区，体育法是独立的法律部门，属于行业法范畴。体育法调整的对象是体育社会关系，它的法律渊源呈现多元化特性，体育法规范则具有复合性，既包括公法规范，也包括私法规范，还包括行业自治规范。对体育法的研究就是体育法学，其研究内容包括相关传统部门法在体育行业适用所产生的特殊性，专门的体育立法，以及体育自治法和裁判法。

| Abstract: | Developed industry has brought new challenges to the traditional legal division, with occupation law as a new way of legal division, taking the industry as a criterion. Traditionally, there exist misunderstandings of the nature of sports law. Sports law is an independent legal area, which belongs to the category of occupation law. It is to adjust social relations in the field of sports. The sources of law of sports law are diversified. The rules in the sports law is complex, which includes public rules, private rules and sports rules. The study of sports law includes particularity of the application of relevant traditional departments in sports industry, special sports legislation, lex sportive and lex ludica. |
