| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法对利益相关者管理理论进行概述,从大型体育赛事利益相关者管理的意义、大型体育赛事利益相关者管理的理论基础和现实基础等方面对大型体育赛事利益相关者管理相关理论进行分析。在此基础上,就国内外利益相关者界定和分类理论进行归纳和评述,从利害关系视角对大型体育赛事利益相关者进行了界定。最后,从利益相关者的识别和界定、评估利益相关者的利害关系本质、评估利益相关者的力量本质和实施利益相关者管理四个方面构建了大型体育赛事利益相关者管理框架,并提出大型体育赛事利益相关者管理的思路——基于信任与合作的伙伴关系管理。

| Abstract: | With literature study,this paper reviewed the theories of stakeholder management and the classification of stakeholders in China and abroad.The concept of stakeholder of mega sporting events was defined from perspective of stakeholder.Stakeholder management framework of mega sporting events was constructed with regard to definition of stakeholder,assessment stakeholder,assessment of strength of stakeholder and administrator,based on trust and cooperation. |
