| 摘 要： | 根据目前业余训练的实际情况,论述了我国体教结合培养体育后备人才的模式,指出大中小学课余训练一条龙模式将与体育俱乐部社会化模式并存,体教结合是我国培养和造就优秀体育后备人才的必由之路。

| Abstract: | According to the actual situation of amateur training in China,the cultivating mode for the Chinese sports reserve forces is expounded and it is pointed out there will be a coordination of combination of primary,middle school and university spare time training with the socialization of sports clubs,and the way to train sports reserve forces is to combine sports with education. |
