| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对运动训练学研究对象、目的和任务,竞技体育与竞技运动的定义及构成,竞技能力和竞技状态的定义进行了总结、归纳、质疑,并进行了深入的分析.目的在于进一步健全与完善运动训练学理论和内容体系.研究发现,上述这些研究对象一直存在异议,至今尚未统一,且使用不规范.这些基本理论都是训练理论的骨干,若其内涵模糊、结构关系不明确,那么对学科发展以及训练实践所造成的影响是可想而知的.笔者采诸家之长,综合运用现有学科理论,提出了自己独特的见解.
