| 摘 要： | 体育高等教育应在不断端正办学指导思想、明确办学方向和明晰办学思路上强化现代办学观念；在拓展专业概念和加强人才综合素质培养中进行人才观念的变革；在尊重学生地位、倡导人才培养模式的多样化和加强实践性教学环节方面确立科学的教学观念，并将之作为促进体育高等教育改革与发展的先导。
