| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查和专家访谈法,对湖北省贫困县农村学校体育教育工作进行了调查研究。研究发现,多数学校已把体育课改为体育健康课,有部分学校进行教学改革的尝试,体育教学情况良好;多数学校能天天组织早操、课间操和课外体育活动,但仍有许多学校不组织课外活动;大多数学校体育经费严重缺乏,达不到学校教育经费的1%;多数学校体育场地器材设施不能满足体育课和课外体育活动的需求,学校环境和体育设施条件急需改善;大多数学校体育教师队伍的年龄结构是以中青年教师为主,学历层次较低。

| Abstract: | With adoption of questionnaire and expert interview,this paper studied the status quo and the development of rural school sports in poverty-stricken counties in Hubei province.It was found that most schools had changed the sports classes into health classes.Some schools had tried teaching reform.In most schools,the students did morning exercises,class-break exercises and ex-curricular exercises.However,in some schools,there were no ex-curricular exercises.Most schools were in great need of more funds in sports.The sports funds in these schools reached less than 1% of the school education funds.The sports grounds and facilities of these schools could not meet the class and the ex-curricular sports needs.Most schools had young and middle aged P.E masters.Their educational levels were not high. |
