| 摘 要： | 发展农村体育是贯彻落实《全民健身计划纲要》的重要工作,是农村精神文明建设和倡导健康文明生活方式的重要内容。农村体育正面临着新的发展机遇和挑战。在认真总结农村体育工作经验基础上,结合当前我国农村工作中的一些热点,解决农村体育发展的新问题,应在管理方式、经费保证、运行机制以及运作方法等方面进行制度创新。

| Abstract: | As an important content of implementation of Nation-wide Fitness Program,the development of rural sports confronts with new opportunities and challenges.On the basis of experiences and problems of rural sports development,this paper points out that system innovation should be carried out concerning management modes,financial insurance and operation system in order to solve the problems. |
