摘    要:本文根据赛艇比赛所需的供能特点,对训练手段进行了科学的“定性”和“定量”,并根据运动员的具体情况和训练任务的需要,合理地将各种训练负荷因素有机地结合,寻找到运动员的最佳训练负荷。
