| 摘 要： | 北京奥运会六起仲裁案件的解决,显现了国际体育仲裁及时有效解决体育争端的优势.作为体育自治框架之下的争端解决方式,国际体育仲裁院也得到了各国及各体育单项组织的认可和尊重.但通过对这六起案件的分析可以看出,相比其他仲裁机制,体育仲裁仍面临着审理权限、规则适用、与各体育单项组织处罚规则的协调以及审理程序等诸多问题.

| Abstract: | The solution of the six arbitration cases of the Beijing Olympic Games demonstrated that the international sports arbitration could settle the sports disputes in time. The International Court of Arbitration for Sport is recognized and respected by different nations throughout the world and the individual sports organizations. These six cases showed that the sports arbitration is limited by litigation limit , regulations , punishment rules of the separate sports organizations. |
