| 摘 要： | 以社会主义新农村建设为背景，以农村公共体育服务为研究对象，以河南省为个案，对农民参与体育健身活动的实际情况、影响农民参与体育健身活动的主、客观因素、农村体育最需要解决的问题进行了问卷调查与分析。结果表明：农村公共体育服务基础设施薄弱，城乡差距显著，绝大部分政策在农村体育实施过程中还停留在口头表述层面，缺少操作性强的刚性保护措施。

| Abstract: | China is endeavoring to build a new countryside. In this paper,rural areas in Henan Province were investigated to reveal the present situation of how farmers are participating in fitness activities.It was shown that public sports facilities were not enough and there was a big gap between the cities and the rurual areas.Most sports policies could not be executed. |
