| 摘 要： | 广州亚运场馆建设即将大规模地展开。亚运会结束后,场馆面临如何继续开发利用、收回投资的问题。鉴于此,对建设、使用广州亚运场馆可能存在的风险进行分析,提出了若干分散政府投资风险、避免赛后大量场馆闲置的建议,以期为更好地利用亚运场馆提供参考意见。

| Abstract: | The construction of Guangzhou Asian Games stadiums is to launch on a large scale. The stadiums will confront with the problems of how to be developed and utilized unceasingly and the problems of (recouping) investment. Therefore,the potential risks during the construction and using of the stadiums were analyzed,some suggestions,such as to diversify the government's investment risks,and to avoid waste of those plentiful stadiums after the Asian Games,were given. |
