| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨运动性贫血时一氧化氮以及一氧化氮合酶的变化以及营养干预对其的影响。方法:在运动性贫血模型基础上和抗运动性贫血剂基础上进行NO、NOS的研究。结果:运动性贫血时红细胞自由基生成增加,NO、NOS运动组较对照组明显下降,抗运动性贫血剂使用后NO下降,而NOS较运动贫血组明显上升。结论:抗运动性贫血剂并不能改善红细胞NO、NOS水平。 |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to explore the mechanism of sports anemia and to find out (effective) methods in the prevention and treatment of sports anemia. Methods:To investigate NO,NOS status relating to sports anemia and anemia countermeasures. Results: It was found that there was a decrease of serum NO,NOS while a increase of red cell radicals. Anemia countermeasures decreased the level of serum NO and increased the level of NOS. Conclusion:The anemia countermeasures could not improve the levels of NO,NOS. |
