| 摘 要： | 通过更新课程观念、加强教师队伍建设,构筑"必学+选学"的个性化课程体系,开发选课系统,搭建网上选课平台,改革评价办法,构建与课堂教学紧密配合、全面的课外体育活动内容体系,结果发现,学生学习的主动性和积极性显著提高,体质健康状况不断好转,校园体育文化氛围逐渐浓厚. |

Meanwhile , t he evaluation met hod was reformed. The st udent s became active in learning and bet ter in p hysique. The camp us sport s culture was formed. |
