摘    要:新时代体教融合坚持“健康第一”教育理念,立足加强学校体育,推动青少年文化学习和体育锻炼协调发展,对促进青少年身心健康和加强体育后备人才培养具有深远意义。以中央深改委关于体教融合重要论述为依据,梳理传统体教融合演进脉络,从政策支撑和现实需求释读新时代体教融合内涵,对比新旧体教融合概念差异,研判新时代青少年体育后备人才培养形势,总结现实困境并提出未来发展战略取向。认为新旧体教融合在概念内涵、培养主体、培养目标、关注对象和工作内容上都存在显著差异;新时代青少年体育后备人才面临协同共治的社会环境、多元共识的体育功能和矛盾重重的培养现实;存在环境失真、制度失灵、机制失衡和模式失新的现实困境;未来发展应注重深化思想融合,营造发展环境;促进目标融合,破除制度壁垒;推动资源融合,畅通培养机制;加快措施融合,创新发展模式。

Abstract:The integration of sports and education in the new era adheres to the educational concept of"health first", strengthens school physical education, and promotes the coordinated development of academic learning and physical exercise among young people, which plays a far-reaching significance in promoting the physical and mental health of the young people and the training of young sports reserve talents. Based on the important expositions issued by the Central Committee for Deepening Overall Reform of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the integration of sports and education, this paper interpreted the connotation of the integration of sports and education in past and in the new era from policy support and actual needs, comparing the conceptual differences between the old and the new sports and education, analyzes the training of youth sports reserve talents in the new era, summarizes the existing difficulties and proposes strategies for the future development. It held that the integration of new and old sports and education were different in concept defining, training subjects, training objectives, concerned objects and content. The cultivation of youth sports reserve talents in the new era was faced with system failure, mechanism imbalance and outdated training mode and insufficient conditions. The future development of reserve talent training should focus on the deepening the integration of ideas, creating development environment, promoting integration of objectives and resources, breaking down institutional barriers, smoothing training mechanism, speeding up the strategic and innovative development model.
