| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法，从博弈论理论视角对当前我国竞技体育培养主体发展格局进行了探讨，并对局中人的状况和未来发展方向进行了前瞻性的分析。认为我国竞技体育培养主体博弈格，局呈现多元化趋势，局中人既有合作又有竞争，我国竞技体育人才培养模式最终将朝着投入最小、经济和社会效益最大化方向发展。

| Abstract: | Through literature study and logical analysis,this paper studies the game pattern of the Chinese athletic sports fostering main body and the players' condition.It is held that the game pattern is various,the players are competitive and cooperative.This pattern will produce big economic and social benefits with minimum investment. |
