| 摘 要： | 本文以背越式跳高为实验项目，根据其技术特点进行设计和实验，取得了较为显著的效果。结论为：在较强意识支配下的活动中，人具有无意识地做出某些有关具有创始性的动作的能力（简称“无意识创造能力”）。利用这一能力可加速背越式跳高技能的形成。

| Abstract: | According to its characteristic, this essay designs and experiments in the back style and has got a comparatively notable results. Here are the conclusions: in the movements with stronger consiousness, people have the ability to make some certain creative acts unconsciously (namely "Unconscious Creative Ability"). The skill of back style can be formed more quickly with the ability. |
