| 摘 要： | 对学生适应社会需求的基本条件、制约学生就业的基本原因、适应社会需要强化的因素以及本专业招生方面进行调查研究。结果显示，培养学生扎实的专业知识、提高专项运动水平和综合素质是应对社会需求的基本策略。

| Abstract: | Researches were given to the basic qualifications of students' adjustability to the social requirements,basic reasons restricting students' employment,the factors needed to be enhanced in adjusting to the society and the recruitment of students majoring in P.E.The result indicated that the basic tactics of responding to the social requirement included cultivating the well-knit professional knowledge and improving the comprehensive quality of specialty levels. |
