| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、数理统计等研究方法,在对第16—20届冬奥会中、韩两国成绩进行对比的基础上,从竞技体育体制、奥运战略、训练体系、后备人才培养、资金投入等多个角度对韩国的成功经验进行了分析,旨在为中国备战2010年温哥华冬奥会和中国冬季优势项目的可持续发展提供参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the performances of China and Korea from the 16th to the 20th Winter Olympic Games were compared.The successful experience of Korea was analyzed from system of competitive sports,Olympic strategy,training system,reserve force development and investment.It was hoped to be useful for China in preparing for 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancuvo and for the sustainable development of its predominant events. |
