| Abstract: | The features of Chinese traditional sports and western sports were summed up and (analyzed) from the angle of the relationship between the body and the mind. In the future,sports will definitely go the way of melting the Chinese and western sports. The Chinese traditional sports will play a more and more important role in the future sports,especially in bodybuilding sports for all. |
