练习新编前后 “健身气功 · 易筋经” 对自主神经系统的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨练习健身气功·易筋经对自主神经系统功能的影响并比较新编和传统健身气功·易筋经对自主神经系统的作用之间的区别,为推广新编健身气功·易筋经提供科学依据.方法:46名练习者分别练习传统和新编健身气功·易筋经2个月后进行心率变异性测试.结果:练习传统和新编健身气功·易筋经后,练功者自主神经系统功能的调节作用均明显增强,而且新编健身气功·易筋经与传统健身气功·易筋经对自主神经系统的调节作用无明显区别.结论:练习健身气功·易筋经可以增强练习者自主神经系统的调节作用,而新编健身气功·易筋经易学易练,故值得推广且应坚持练习.

Inf luences of traditional and newly compiled Health Qigong Yi Jin Jing on automatic nerve system
Abstract:Influences of t he t raditional and newly compiled Healt h Qigong Yi J in J ing on t he automatice nerve system were compared. Forty six practioners were tested on heart rate variability af ter two months ’ practice of Healt h Qigong Yi J in J ing. It was shown t hat the automatic nerve system was better readjusted and t here were no obvious differences between the t raditional and the newly compiledHealt h Qigong Yi J in J ing. Bot h t he t raditional and the newly compiled Healt h Qigong Yi J in J ing were good for t he readjustment of t he automatic nerve system while t he lat ter was easier to learn.
