| 摘 要： | 体育场馆是体育产业开发的重要硬件。为举办第5届全国城市运动会，长沙市新建、改建了一大批体育场馆。城运会后，大多数体育场馆都根据自身条件，在不同程度上走上了产业化的经营管理之路。通过对长沙市体育场馆的实地调查，分析了长沙市体育场馆的现状，提出了产业化开发的对策，以期为我国其他地方体育场馆的经营管理提供相关的借鉴。

| Abstract: | Sports stadiums are important material supports for the development of sports industry. In order to host the Fifth National City Games,Changsha built many stadiums. Afterwards most stadiums are open to public. This paper analyses the present situation of the management of the stadiums and put forward countermeasures of industrialization development in order to provide reference for the development of stadiums in other areas in China. |
