| 摘 要： | 应用血液等生化指标对篮球运动员赛前1周到赛后3周这一阶段进行监控。结果发现：利用血红蛋白（Hb）、尿素氮（BUN）和肌酸激酶（CK）能准确地反映出篮球运动员的有氧耐力水平、比赛强度、运动量以及恢复能力，可为教练员制定比赛期间的运动负荷提供参考依据。 |

| Abstract: | Blood biochemical index has been used to monitor the basketball players during the period from the week before the match to 3 weeks afterwards.The result showed that HB,BUN and CK could be used to accurately reflect the players' aerobic endurance,match intensity,exercise load and recovery ability.The valuable reference was given for the coaches to arrange the players' exercise load during the period of matches. |
