| 摘 要： | 在对传统体育文化的历史渊源和实践特征进行分析的基础上，构建了适合现代民族传统体育教学训练需要的理论体系。该体系结合传统体育文化在新的历史时期建设与发展的共存性，分别予以分类，使之形成一套理论框架模式。在民族传统体育实践内容上，将原生形态的传统体育内容通过继承和改造，达到符合现代体育活动的需要，是创新发展和进一步开拓民族传统体育内容的必由之路。 |
