| 摘 要： | 利益的驱使以及相关体育法律规章制度的不完善导致了职业篮球俱乐部侵犯运动员权利的现象屡见不鲜。依法维护职业篮球运动员合法权益是中国职业篮球联赛健康发展的根本保证。通过对当前职业篮球俱乐部对运动员权利的侵犯现状进行分析，提出了维护职业篮球运动员权利的具体措施。
