体育特色小镇建设与新型城镇化耦合发展机理、演化模式与发展路径

摘    要:体育特色小镇与新型城镇化是为满足人民对美好生活的需要、顺应时代发展而产生的新组合、新空间。二者在空间演化、生态意识、功能需求、人文建设方面具有动态耦合特征。研究基于系统论,以系统演化方程对动态耦合的过程进行分析,绘制耦合轨迹,借助逻辑斯蒂曲线对耦合模式进行演化。在此基础上提出了耦合发展的路径:(1)在耦合磨合期,坚持顶层设计与市场协同发展,坚持公益性和共享性原则,坚持体育小镇之"特色";(2)在耦合契合期,尊重市场规则,注重产业联动效应,政府放权与监管并重,保障体育特色小镇建设与新型城镇化的可持续发展。

Abstract:The small towns with sports characteristics and the new urbanization in sports can meet the needs of the people for a better life in the development of the times. They enjoy dynamic coupling in space, ecological awareness, function awareness and humanity construction. In the early stage of coupling, the government is leading, insisting on the principle of sharing and public welfare, excavating the characteristic value of small town in the period of coupling development, giving play to the role of market allocation and building the brand of small towns so as to stimulate the link of industry and to ensure the sustainable development of the construction of small towns with sports characteristics and the new type of urbanization.
