| 摘 要： | 以国际关系学中的综合实力等理论为依据,在揭示了体育强国背景下体育综合实力组成因素的基础上,对构成体育软实力中体育文化实力的维度组成进行了解析,认为:体育文化实力应包含体育文化凝聚力、体育文化吸引力、体育文化创新力、体育文化融合合力、体育文化影响力等维度。进一步提出了提升体育文化实力的路径选择。主要观点包括:第一、建设体育强国坚持发展才是硬道理,不断提升体育文化软实力;第二、加强体育文化的国际交流,提高中国文化的辐射力;第三、发展体育文化生产力,不断推进体育文化创新力的提升;第四、构建公共服务均等化体系,增强体育文化影响力是提升体育文化软实力的主要路径。
