| 摘 要： | 采用逻辑分析和文献资料法,对比分析养生文化和体育价值后认为,养生和体育都是促进人身心和谐发展的重要手段,对养生本质的片面认识导致了养生文化的异化现象,对体育价值的辩证思考有助于形成与时俱进的体育价值观,这种价值观的时代化转变和养生文化的精髓共同主导现代人的整体健康观,促进人的和谐发展。
